Rob Rokicki is a songwriter, performer, music director and educator. He’s the composer/lyricist of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (book by Joe Tracz); nominated for three Drama Desk Awards, an Off-Broadway Alliance Award, an a Lortel Award. He was a 2018 Jonathan Larson Grant Finalist and alum of the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Actor's Equity, and alum of the BMI Musical Theatre Writing Workshop.
Projects include: Love, NY, Strange Tails, & Relativity (with Michael Ruby); the graphic novel rock album, Monstersongs (art by David O’Neill) at NAMT 2018. Dave O'Neill is an award-winning children's book Illustrator and Art Director in NYC. As the O'Neill in Shankman and O'Neill Children's Books, Dave has nine titles in the library including the best selling "I Met a Moose in Maine One Day", "When a Lobster Buys a Bathrobe" and "Where's the Bathroom?"
